Ivan Ajdukovic
Associate Professor | Lab Manager | Unity Developer
As an Associate Professor at Burgundy School of Business (BSB) in Dijon, I specialize in applied social psychology and behavioral sciences. My research explores human behaviors related to sustainability, resource conservation, and intergenerational cooperation.
Currently, I'm contributing to the Horizon Europe project ForestAgriGreenNudge and the ANR-funded Be-Aware project, focusing on how behavioral research can support environmental decision-making.
My academic publications examine motivational factors influencing sustainable behaviors and intergenerational resource management.
In teaching, my courses include social psychology for management, research methodology, artificial intelligence, and business applications of augmented reality. I also coordinate business simulations to associate theoretical concepts with practical managerial skills.
Beyond academia, I create 3D, Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) applications, both for research purposes and practical business use cases.
As Lab Manager at LESSAC (Laboratory for Experimentation in Social Sciences and Behavioral Analysis), I handle the lab’s technical systems and equipment, maintaining the optimal conditions for behavioral experiments. I also work to improve daily operations and provide better tools for researchers.
